Return of 4Eva...

I been on Big K.R.I.T. for about a year or two now! I never forget seeing the "Children of The World" video on MTV Jams and was telling myself, "Damn, Thats how I feel, LOL.

"I’m pretty sure my first words were “survival”

Looking for the answers to my problems in the Bible

Cause we just try and decode all the secrets

My conversations with God always seem leave him speechless"

After that video I did my research and found out that he had a Mixtape out called "K.R.I.T. Wuz Here"...

Favorite Tracks:

"Hometown Hero"

"Country Sh*t"

"Children Of The World"

"Glass House"...Basically The WHOLE DAMN MIXTAPE!

After listening to the mixtape I told myself that he sounded like a "Lyrical Pimp C"...which is too good to be true if you're a HipHopHead like myself! But I ran to this video of him doing a show in NYC and getting Boo'd off stage (NYC Fans still think Pappose is going to bring NYC Rap back LOL).

Got to remember though, NYC boo'd Outkast in 96' at The Source Awards...and for the most part, they turned out pretty damn good. So I'm going to say its safe to say that Big K.R.I.T. is going to be alright!

Last week his new mixtape "Return of 4Eva" came out and all I can say is that its going to be a great summer for Big K.R.I.T.

Tracklist:

1.) R4 (Intro)
2.) Rise & Shine
3.) R4 Theme Song
4.) Dreaming
5.) Rotation
6.) My Sub
7.) Sookie Now (ft. David Banner)
8.) American Rapstar
9.) Highs & Lows
10.) Shake It (ft. Joi)
11.) Made Alot (ft. Big Sant)
12.) Lions & Lambs
13.) King’s Blues
14.) Time Machine (ft. Chamillionaire)
15.) Get Right
16.) Amtrak
17.) Player’s Ballad (ft. Raheem DeVaughn)
18.) Another Naive Individual Glorifying Greed & Encouraging Racism
19.) Free My Soul
20.) The Vent
21.) Country Shit (Remix) (ft. Ludacris x Bun B)

Favorite Track:

Whole Damn Mixtape...Just get it and ride it out!!!

I must have played "R4 Theme Song" on my iTunes at least 30x since I D/L the mixtape. The mixtape has a "UGK/Space Age Pimpin/Dungeon Family" kind of feel to it. Defiantly what HipHop been missing for a while...ENJOY!!!

Green and Yellow!

I jumped on the Packer's bandwagon right before the Playoffs. But I been on Aaron Rodger's wagon and his "Belt" ever since I was in Wisco balling...

Nothing but net..No Thing for A.Rod!!!

Now that the Green Bay Packers are in the Super bowl...It's only right for Weezy F. Baby to do a Super Bowl Freestyle for his favorite team!

Lil Wayne did a blog in 2008 on his favorite teams in sports on ESPN and Green Bay is his favorite in the NFL...

"As a Packer fan, it's been pretty good so far. Aaron Rodgers has been wonderful, man. He's handled everything, and way more than just the football part. Of course it helps the Jets aren't doing nothing."- Weezy...To read full blog Click Here

So its only make sense that Wiz Khalifa did a song called "Black & Yellow" and the Steelers make it to the Super Bowl. And Weezy gets out of jail and witness his favorite team make the Super Bowl and he do a remix for the Packers call "Green & Yellow"...I mean I'm sure this is what God planned, LOL!

Heres the song "Green & Yellow" plus the Lyrics...

What up? I got Nosk in here with me

This ain’t a diss song, but hum…

Yeah, uh-huh, you know what it is

Yeah, uh-huh, you know what it is
I’m a cheesehead, y’all n-ggas Cheez Whiz
Pittsburgh Steelers, thats nothin’
That Super Bowl ring, thats stuntin’

Pull up in your town, when you see me you know everything

Green and yellow, Green and yellow
Green and yellow, Green and yellow
I put it down, representin’ for my team
I’m in green and yellow, Green and yellow
Green and yellow, Green and yellow

[Lil Wayne - Verse 1]
Money green, yellow broad
Aaron Rodgers, MVP award
This is Green Bay, bitch we go hard
This is Packer Country, where ya green card?
Terrible towels, that shit’s borin’
We got the ball, you know we scorin’
Yeah, and thats how we rockin’ heavy metal
I’m up in this bitch wit’ more Bloods than a blood vessel
Pitt goin’ down, say hello to the devil
Just beat the Bears, now we got the Steelers on the schedule
Yeah, no love for ‘em boy, break ya hearts
We gon’ toast these n-ggas, pop tarts

Yeah, uh-huh, you know what it is
I’m a cheesehead, y’all n-ggas Cheez Whiz
Pittsburgh Steelers, thats nothin’
That Super Bowl ring, thats stuntin’

Pull up in your town, when you see me you know everything
Green and yellow, Green and yellow
Green and yellow, Green and yellow

I put it down, representin’ for my team
I’m in green and yellow, Green and yellow
Green and yellow, Green and yellow

[Lil Wayne - Verse 2]
Got a call from my homie, this just in
The Packers in the Super Bowl and they better win
They call him Big Ben, but he weak though
We in Dallas, but we Lambeau Leap hoe
Long hair, don’t care, Clay Matthews
We shittin’ on these fools, no bathroom
Yeah, got a pocket full of big faces
Throw it up, touchdown on Ike Taylor

Yeah, uh-huh, you know what it is
I’m a cheesehead, y’all n-ggas Cheez Whiz
Pittsburgh Steelers, thats nothin’
That Super Bowl ring, thats stuntin’

Pull up in your town, when you see me you know everything
Green and yellow, Green and yellow
Green and yellow, Green and yellow

I put it down, representin’ for my team
I’m in green and yellow
Green and yellow
Green and yellow
Green and yellow

[Lil Wayne - Verse 3]
Uhh, big Gs on the helmet
Steel Curtain? What is that, velvet?
And if we win, I’mma throw a Super Bowl party
And blow a cigar like Vince Lombardi
I’m in Wisconsin, smoking Amsterdam
Yeah I’m from New Orleans, but I been a Packers fan
We knocked the Eagles and the Falcons and the Bears off
Now we ’bout to cut Troy Polamalu hair off

Yeah, uh-huh, you know what it is
I’m a cheesehead, y’all n-ggas Cheez Whiz (Go Pack Go)
Pittsburgh Steelers, thats nothin’
That Super Bowl ring, thats stuntin’

Pull up in your town, when you see me you know everything
Green and yellow, Green and yellow
Green and yellow, Green and yellow

I put it down, representin’ for my team
I’m in green and yellow, Green and yellow
Green and yellow, Green and yellow

[Outro]
Uh, go Pack go
Uh, go Pack go
Uh, we yellin’ go Pack go
Yeah, like I said, this ain’t a diss song
I just love my team, that’s the team with them big Gs on the helmet
You know what it is, Oh yeah, Young Mula baby

Will You Be My Valentine?

You're on my mind all the time

Not just on Valentine's Day

The perfume you wear to the way you stare

I wouldn't have it any other way
The love we share is very rare

Its something that other couples envy

The feelings that I have for you

They run so deeply in me
I'll always declare my love for you

My darling you'll forever be mine

Take these roses and this diamond too

My Lovely Valentine

Happy Belated Aaliyah

Didn't have my MacBookPro over the weekend to blog about Aaliyah and wish here a Happy Born Day. You are truly missed and RnB is not the same without you. I'm dedicating this blog post to her and my unborn daughter. Why my unborn daughter you asked? And why a daughter? Because it randomly just popped in my head that I should name my 1st daughter Aaliyah and I been wanting a daughter for the longest.

1. I think it'll make me a better man.

2. I want to spoil her and call her "Daddy's Lil Angel" and be called "Dad Dad" by my baby girl.

3. I like the challenge in raising a daughter.

BUT BACK TO THE TOPIC...

Aaliyah was an amazing, beautiful artist.

One of the FEW females (along with TLC) who can look sexy as a straight tomboy...

But can also look down right GORGEOUS!

Looking that beautiful should be illegal!

Can't end this blog with out any videos...some of my all time favorite of Aaliyah!

"One In A Million"

"Rock The Boat"

"Are You That Somebody"

And My ALL TIME Favorite..."More Then A Woman"

Aaliyah is one of the few RnB artists who rarely used sexual lyrics in her songs. As well as not having to bare most of her skin to get attention. Honestly I don't think she got enough credit before she died. Her music was and always will be tasteful and unique! A angel on earth that went away too soon. Love Always!
